To use: Shake well. Swish one tablespoon of cocofresh pulling oil in your mouth for at least 2 minutes, ensuring it reaches all areas of the mouth. Try to work up to 20 minutes per use. Spit oil into trash (never the sink-oil clogs pipes)

Rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Always brush your teeth after oil pulling.
