  • SHIPPING. How much is shipping? Shipping of purchases $35 or More will be FREE ....well, except for Guy, he pays the shipping bill! 

    Shipping for a purchase under $35 will incur a $5 flat rate shipping fee. However, once you pay shipping for one order that falls below the $35 minimum, your shipping for all additional orders placed within a 12 hour shipping period will be free. (Please note: your 12 hour shipping period does not begin until you have incurred a shipping fee, regardless of how many orders over $35 you' may have placed in the same timeframe.) 


We take pride in our FAST shipping!  Typically, we ship within 1-2 days of your order being placed, 7-days a week! Please remember that mail does not go out on any Federal holidays or Sundays.

Once your orders are processed you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. 

LOCAL PICKUP - please make sure to reach out via intercom to schedule your pickup/drop off.

 

  • RETURNS:

 

We hope you love your items that you purchase but we understand online shopping is a little tough and sometimes things just don't work out. Shannon does a great job with sizing questions and she explains every item. Within the product information on the app, you will also find fabric content and sizing information.

When you return an item, please take note on the following as we do follow these rules with all of our customers:

Returned items must be in original unworn and unwashed condition. We are unable to process any returns that are final sale or contain pet hair/smoke/perfume etc. We are aware that some items will not have tags attached (example: Dear Scarlett) but if your item comes with tags, please leave the tags attached. 

All returns need to be returned within 14-days of receiving your order and shipped out before the 14-day mark is up, in order to receive a full refund. Returns must include the return form within the package in order for our returns department to process your return in a timely manner. Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 Business Days for your return to be processed.

If your return is received outside of 14 days of when you first receive it, you will receive only 50% refund, as Account Credit.

When your return is done being processed, you will receive an email. 

Final sale, mystery, food items, or discount code items are unable to be returned or exchanged.

Any final sale items that are returned will automatically be a donation to our local woman's shelter.

Since we pay for shipping to you, shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

** RETURNS THAT ARE RECEIVED WITHOUT ANY RETURN FORM OR NOTE WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC CREDIT TO ACCOUNT. **

Please make sure to print and fill out all of the information as our team needs this to process your return in a timely manner. Failure to include this form with your return will result in an automatic credit back to your account.

For app notifications, make sure in your account (little person a the bottom right hand of your screen in the app) your notifications are ENABLED! Then go into your phone settings and make sure ALLOW NOTIFICATIONS is switched ON. Then have all your alert options clicked along with sound and badges switched ON!

 

  • SIZING: 

We understand online shopping is a little tough and sometimes things just don't work out. Shannon does a great job with sizing questions and she explains every item in detail. Within the product information on the app you will also find fabric content and specific sizing information for each item.

If you ever have a sizing questions, you can always contact us via intercom so we are able to further assist you.

Sizes vary for all of our vendors, but most are a "relaxed fit'". If you like your clothes more fitted, you may want to size down for most of our styles. But, we can absolutely help with all your sizing questions!

GENERAL SIZING: 
Small - typically a size 2-4
Medium - typically a size 6-8
Large - typically a size 10-12
XL / 1X - typically a size 12-16
2X - typically a size 18-20

3X - typically a size 22-24

 

  • FAVORITES: 

If you add something to your favorites, you will get a notification once it has been restocked. 

HOW TO PREAUTHORIZE: 
- When an item is out of stock, you will be given the option to add to Favorites and to PREAUTHORIZE.
- Preauthorization will take you credit card information, and once the item you have preauthorized does get restocked, it will process payment automatically at the time of restock. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL THE ITEM IS IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP TO YOU.

If you end up changing your mind about this item that you have preauthorized you can always remove it from within your Favorites on the account.

 

  • CONTACT US: 

If you need to reach out to us with any questions, please feel free to reach us using our intercom service. Intercom is our messaging service right here on the app!

You can find intercom by going to the bottom of your screen and tap the account tab (the little person on the bottom right). Once you are in your account, there is a tab that says "contact us". This will prompt a messaging screen to pop up and you then will start a new message. If you have a previous message that has been taken care of, please open a new conversation so our team is able to see it!

Intercom messages are typically responded to within 1-2 hours (although it has been A LOT quicker than that!)

In order to be fair to all those who message us, we go in time order of oldest to newest. If you have an old message and write another message - it then bumps your message to the new area which prolongs a response. Please keep in mind that we do get 100's of messages a day and we normally have one person on intercom at a time.

Saturday: 10AM-4PM EST

Sunday: 6PM-11PM EST
